High-speed hydraulic cutter processes aluminum boards
Taiwan – Chu Liing Machinery Co. Ltd has released model CSS-603, a high-speed hydraulic cutter that can process aluminum boards, soft-printed circuit boards, thin film, self-adhesive labels and PE foam.
The product has a four-steel-post design, linear guideway for the front and rear feeders, steel plate and automatic cooling system. It is fitted with a fully automatic cutting device, hydraulic circuit and electronic control system.
The model’s power rating is 5hp. The effective working area is 600×650mm. The cutting depth can be set to a tolerance of 0.008mm. The pressing distance ranges from 20 to 115mm. The stamping pressure is 40 metric tons.
The machine measures 1,150×1,730×1,850mm and weighs 2,500kg.
